With Jamuna in mind.Develop a park size of central park with lakes and plant nursery.create a model for parks in India.I had asked Bill Warner to Visit India for giving an overview of
development of Jamuna in Delhi.He is the Architect for Providences riverfront and river junction.Another artist who has done outstanding work is Barnaby who developed water fire installation which has made night life in providence quite boom.A visit by these artists and others can help.I feel that we need architects in every college to think and solve the problems of buildings and bring education to ordinary students.
Each college should have 50 lecture per year from experts and others open to public and free.This should be done as part of their mandate.
