In Indian election one very interesting fact has come to light that every candidate has to declare all his or her and spouses assetts at the time of filing for election.I think this should be rule for all the cndidates for any office.It should also show if they have consulted or advised on payment basis any individuals or organisations.
THis additional requirement will make everybody aware if the candidates have money and how much of it.
