Most of the calling plans use abusive practises for over limit charges from its customers.Their system is more like the monopoly would use it is against the fair consumer practice .there should be a simple formula for basic charges and if one uses beyond the service provided no body should be allowed to charge more than their lowest rate for all the excess charges. By regulation they should be prohibited from doing so .
I do not understand why we accept this hegemony and for are not phone companies being charge with collusion.
To make the system too complex to swindle the customer is the wrong way our business has been practiced.It is time that we correct it. It is also about time all our measurements be made metric and failing that we should at least go decimal system .
All packaging should be standardised like medicine doses 1,2,5,10,20,50,100,500,1000 grams or similar.stop selling us 8.9oz with 1.35 oz serving sizes in single use packages.
