Rachet down the race discussion

A very interesting point was made by woman dicussing the race relations she said that advocate of the blacks and whites should have role reversal that will for sure improve the discussion.



Many times relations of blacks and whites are complicated because the power equation is complex. A black officer and white citizen and white officer and black citizen in a neutral society where blacks and whites are equally represented in power position would have similar experiences.



It must be the emphasis of the government to be representative of the racial sensitivity of and mix of the population. Most of the law and order problems are related to poverty.By having proportionate representation of minorities in the public service we can help improve the minority relations all over the nation. It is not such a unique idea but it still needs to be implemented ,Extra points and pay could be given to bi lingual and racially aware citizens.



I am still surprised to hear that even FBI does not reward bilingual speakers in employment.
