Some dates are memorable in the life of nations as well as individuals.We will never forget 9/11,11/26,7/5 for the terror they created in New York , Mumbai and London . No older person will forget the pearl harbor day,days in august when nuclear bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
7/11 is a sad Day in the business life of this dreamer.I have been successful in buying a large historic mill building(blackstonelofts.info) free of mortgage and had invested several hundred thousand dollars of personal funds to develop it.Navigant Credit union had agreed to give us 6 million dollars of loan for rehab and conversion of the building and had extended 4.5 million.
This dayin 2008 they with alliance with mayor of Central Falls foreclosed this building. Now i feel i did not get proper legal guidance from the attorneys i hired for assistance.This was to benefit the mayors family.
One year after i am lot poorer and financially week but as Nitche said anything which does not kill you makes you stronger. I am resolute and determined to make a comeback.
