Cry baby Sharukh Khan

He may be celebrity in India .Celebrities do not enjoy any special status in America other than what money buys for them .Thanks for American thinking of equality under the law.I am sure that the security officials were very polite and thorough in their questioning

He acted like some of our American politicians act when denied the privilege by ordinary workers. Congressman Patrick Kennedy son of Massachusetts senator Ted Kennedy got into scuffle with airport security , had to apologise to her and settled out of court for bad judgement. Many times Senator Ted Kennedy had to take shoes off for boarding a plane for security check. Whenever these kinds of issues come to the public attention most Americans side with the officials against the celebrity. An effort is made to make the process open and less intrusive for average citizen.

It seems that Sharukh Khan has intentionally made it a media event to get publicity for his up coming film. Why he thinks he should have been given a special status when Ex president of India had to go through the extensive security check while traveling alone to U.S.

Americans criticize our system often yet we feel we have continued to balance issues of fairness with security on continuing basis .We have tried to correct historical wrongs of the past also.
I am glad India is following American model and is always looking at government with suspicious eye.If this amount of scrutiny was used in Indian system its faults would reduce and would become a beacon for individual rights and freedoms.

P.S. I just read in Indian Express that India may do tit for tat against US visitors .He said given opportunity he would like to frisk Angelina Jolie or Megan Fox.I am glad he is not a role model and most people take what actors say with a grain of salt.Surprisingly the time for clearance at the airport started at 2 hours now is to 90 Minuit's hope soon it would be one hour the time authorities had said.
