Last week i read a book written by a friend Marc Songini actually his father was my friend a very nice man who just loved me and died in 1995 or so. Marc had become a friend because of this affection for his father.He is reporter and writer.This book was his second and was a story of him (in first person) and his drugged out friend .It deals with a week end action and how a young man is manipulated and lets himself be manipulated.
It is not a gentle story.Language and action is rough and brutal.
I am glad he gave me this book as a gift.He is one of many people, i call my friends, who have the books come out of them.
I missed his dad and him .I would try to contact him.
