Very sad report that Prime ministers Visit to PGI(post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences creates a back in traffic in causing delays in urgent care of a patient death resulting.Such a visit should only help the care of patients.If patient care is negatively effected its the duty of Prime minister and his staff that alternate measures be made that the patient care be properly taken care of during the visit.
I hope this was just a coincidence of circumstances and not because of carelessness of the security staff.Till we value every human and animal life at a higher plane we can not be a truly advanced society.
