Nitish Kumar Election In Bihar may create labor shortage in Panjab

Who would say that politics and political success of certain proactive leaders can have quick impaact on the labor availability in affluent northern states.

Bihar is economically most backward in India .All parameteres of success measures have done poorly in state. In last few years its Chief Minister Nitish has tried and delivered roads ,electricity and law and order to this state .People have also rewarded him and his supporters by voting them to power in a land slide victory . Their opponents have failed to exploit the politics of castism, islamic vote bank politics and dynastic charms .People have voted for development and the winners are on path to continue their srvice mode.

Seeing this change in the Political climate in Bihar the states which used to get lot of labor from bihar feel that the labor will stop coming like before and the wages will have to be raised for unskilled labor and labor in the agriculture sector. It is more practical for people to work in their home than far away places and distant places have to have at least double the wages. With the government providing very poor hundred day wages at 100 rupees per day and the to educate all children till they are fourteen looks very good for children of Bihar. If Bihar succeeds in delivering education to children of Bihar this people draine will stop .With higher education the population growth will also reduce in the state.

I HAVE BECOME bELEIVER IN DELIVERY OF SERVICES TO PUBLIC FOR THE CHANGES IN SOCIETY.
BIHAR IS A GREAT WORKSHOP OF IT.IF THEY CAN END HUNGER ,ILLITERACY AND PROVIDE WOMENS RIGHTS IN BIHAR IT CAN BE DONE ANY WHERE.

MY HATS OFF TO NITISH KUMAR AND THE STATE OF BIHAR.
