Eighth Amendment and excessive punishment

Excessive bail, cruel punishment

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

THE PARKING FINES OF 25 DOLLARS FOR OVERTIME PARKING IS EXCESSIVE AND FOR SURE LATE PAYMENT OF THIS FINE AND TRIPLING OF IT TO 75 DOLLARS FOR SURE GOES AGAINST THE BILL OF RIGHTS VIII AMENDMENT.
THIS AMENDMENT PROHIBITS EXCESSIVE FINES.
CITY OF PROVIDENCE CAN NOT BE OUTSIDE THE RULES PASSED UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION.NO MATTER WHAT THEIR NEEDS ARE FOR SURE EXCESSIVE FINES IS NOT THE WAY.

Right of search and seizure regulated IV amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Cameras in the intersections may also be intrusive search and disrespectful to the privacy clause of the iv amendment as no search and oath is taken to take pictures of the intersections
It also is mostly benefiting the private enterprises who work as sort of modern bounty hunters
