Constitution day in India should be celebrated by studying British raj its laws, and constitution papers with a critical eye.Partition and two nation theory ,Tibet ,Burma and Afghanistan as part of India as a federal state.Need for change in constitution to reduce powers of executive and increase power of people.Reduction of powers of bureaucracy.
