It is important that we provide opportunity to youth .One way to help is through education.Gift of education is gift to mankind .These youth whose parents may be illegal immigrants may end up going back to their countries of birth.As educated they can help their impoverished communities to do better.As Americans we should consider this as foreign aid to those countries development with local ties.
If history is any guide most of these youth will remain in our country and by being better educated we ensure our future generations well being.
Simple guideline should be if any child graduated from our high school in a state she should be allowed to attend our institutions of higher learning like any other student in our state .It is win win for all with very little additional cost for programming.
