URI should create a school of government

As for starters for senior class project should have a parallel city as well as state government for the project .This will train as well as improve both institutions.Different cities and state as well as private donors could contribute towards such a project.
This should be large enough project with Shadow engineers,planners,legislators as well as administrators.Political leaders and Professors from several discipline including education,safety as well housing expertise should be advisers for the project.Friday can be the day for government project so public as well as larger student body can participate in deliberations.
