About concentrated study program

It is time that URI and other state learning institutions change the focus of teaching in several subjects including computers .It is my opinion that robust computer teaching be offered in concentrated one 20 to 45 days program at the schools where students spend 10 hours a day six days a week.That is 200 to 500 hour learning program.Offer this program at reduced cost to public with out much red tape.This program should be offered as for credit as well as enhanced learning.
