Pakistan army may be better functioning than all else

In the Media it is mentioned that in Pakistan Army and ISI the intelligence service are the only two functioning organizations in the country. Their track record is at best dubious.Pakistan has lost every war . Army is known for its abuse of the citizens during military rule,which has been majority of time since independence.
ISI has had major success in fighting Russian(soviet ) forces in Afghanistan.That was accomplished by American money and using unsavory characters from its frontier region as well as international Jihadis.These groups amorphed into Al Qaeda and Taliban.the literal meaning of the names of these organizations is THE WAY and the STUDENT.Both being extremist in views and action.These groups are threatening like Frankensteins Monster. ISI has either lost control on these groups or at worst is in cahoots with them.
Other problem has been that ISI has used its resources and expertise(mostly provided by us)to create Havoc in Jammu & Kashmir the part of India which had regular elected governments . This has created situations in Kashmir where long term residents Kashmir's Pundit's are displaced people in India .Exacerbating the situation.
Only solution going forward is that All Us aid be under Us control and we make sure it is used for the agenda we set up.If Pakistan does not protect its minorities including Shia, Christians,Bhahai,Ahmedia,Hindu's, Sikh and others it should not receive any aid.
Aid for educational institutions be provided so that young children may learn at least till middle school(8 grades )f subjects taught in elite schools of Pakistan.Protection of women is important part for the progress of this whole region.This should be our legacy and contribution to the society.
