Hello Mr Brian Lamb,

You have made the most important contribution in opening up America(USA).My hats off to you ( by the way i do not even wear a hat).I had an opportunity to meet you in unplanned meeting in an unplanned visit to your offices in early 90's. I was very impressed by glass doors on the offices.I am extra grateful to you for the Book Notes and book TV of C-Span.

I am writing this letter(note to you ) to ask you to evaluate revenue from all your video sales. I could speculate sales are minimal after 30 to 60 days of broadcast. I hope you would make all the videos relevant to learning(author interviews,important speeches, Discussion) available for free download .This could be a wonderful resource of independent learning as well learning American writing.

It could be even more useful if this big information was organised by some outstanding librarian for use by students and scholars.

While I am asking these favors from you i would add a request to you to make a complete inexpensive equipment list for free lance reporters interested in public service documentation available to public and this subject discussed preferably by you with history of c-span equipment.
You are my Hero and I am almost 60 years old.
