Sadly India is going to Motor car era .That is very energy consuming(mostly crude oil derivative products).India is also building lot of roads without enough consideration for the pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Traffic accident involving pedestrians and bicycles is the cause of deaths on Indian roads.It is very irresponsible for the country to build roads without enough thought for safety. India will have to adopt stringent regulation similar to A D A(American disabilities act) which has made all new construction fully accessible by disable person for the use of pedestrians and bicycles.Failing such a regulation India will loose many young lives going to school.India,s youth walk and ride bicycles to school and play grounds and all after school activities.
FOR INDIA NOT TO DO IS CRIMINAL.

ReplyDeleteBefore that they(disable Persons) don't have transport fecility like here. If INDIA wants to implement transport facility for Disabilities - they have re-structure everything(like BUS,CAR..etc)
