How to pay for health care reform

It seems that we can ask the uninsured to pay for it by charging a health care premium of 10 percent of the payroll . In first phase we can open it to all who do not have health insurance to join it.We can make it mandatory for all who get checks from federal and state government.

Let us stop putting people to go through hoops for the benefits.Our system for food stamps and welfare are very cumbersome ,making them simpler will reduce cost of administration and free up additional funds to the needy .Initially it will remove the backlog.It is better to qualify recipients once a year to reduce stress and cost to the system.It is always better to err in favor of the needy than strictly implement the rules which have not been well thought out.
By allowing 40 million uninsured we can bring the revenue into the system which will more than offset the cost as these uninsured are young working Americans.All the chronically Ill as well as elderly are already covered in our system.
Other change in our rules can save us money.We can allow all the recipients of SSI(supplemental social security) to collect social security even when they are out of the country and they take care of their medical needs.It will save us $10000.00 in health care premium and many people will take benefit of it.Even if only 3 million people took advantage of it savings will be 30 billion dollars .80Billion in additional revenue from the workers and soon we have a working health care system which can provide all the care we need.Gourmet care can be bought by the the rich.
