India is asking that US to screen all the outgoing India bound passengers for (H1N1) swine flu virus.In India all the known cases of this virus have come from united states .This long journey from US to India in confined space(Air plane) for 20 plus hours ,only increase the possibility of infection to all the passengers .If they were screened at the port of departure and isolated , precaution could be taken to safe guard the public.
I never thought that infectious diseases will travel from US to India.It seems that we have become so wasteful and set in our ways that we are doing less with more and poorer and developing nations are doing more with less.It may be this is the effect of globalization on the world .
I HOPE THAT GLOBALIZATION can HELP POOR AND RICH NATIONS ALIKE.
