IS Releasing of 11/26 suspect a deal to save students

A court in Pakistan frees mastermind JUD founder Hafeez Saeed of 11/26/08 attack of Mumbai.We are not privy to all whats going on in Pakistan.It is fighting to get back control of SWAT from Taliban.They had abducted several hundred students in swat ,i wonder if this release is related to release of students and teachers abducted by Taliban

Pakistan has very foggy process and they are unwilling to take difficult decisions in full light. They do not want any more people to die . The Taliban are going to disappear into the public to raise its head again and Pakistan saves its life and Taliban save their life it is not a war but just a chess game,a very high stakes chess game.It seems that according to ground realities if Taliban has stronger hand Pak government surrenders if Pak govt has stronger hand Taliban surrender . It is two allies playing a game with the effect of loosing the soul of average Pakistani and creating a menace for the rest of the world and civic society of Pakistan.India can not afford to watch this game played to its determent and do nothing.It may have not any good choices.

If Pakistan Govt .made a deal to get the students released it would be no different than when India released terrorist to save the lives of passengers of a hijacked plane in last decade.
