my commencement thoughts.

My best thoughts come about when Dad gave a talk in my high school.He recited a poem in Urdu defining Lord Krishna's lesson to Arjun on the battle field. It was beautiful lyrical poem saying soul is immortal .Listen Arjun you can not kill it .If you win in the war it is fine or if you die fighting you still win as highest honor of a fighter is to die fighting and is made immortal by this sacrifice
.Krishna(god incarnate) says this duty bound lesson To Arjun ( a reluctant warrior).We all need to do our duty and leave the results in the hands of the lord for agnostics it can be said that we should do our duty without desire for the benefit of our action.

My advice to the Young is do not take yourself too serious. Laugh a little even at me or yourself.I really like that laughing yoga .Where everyone laughs for two minute's.Do not just have a monotonous laugh .Laugh funny ,weird,many syllable laugh.If you can not think how to laugh and make different sounds.remember making muted sounds,extra loud sounds,laugh from the belly.You may laugh using different vowels. If other people are their you may even have a genuine laugh which is even more fun than this fake laugh yoga i asked you to practice.

HOPE IT IS A LAUGH.

And remember its what you make of your own life.Always learn from your and others experience.Listen and think .It can even help a sixty year old college drop out.

ps.1.Some drugs(including alcohol) are much worse than others.Getting high is often very destructive.
2.Graduate as debt free as possible.It will make lean times more bearable and others enjoyable.
3.With business or computer science as one of minors you always have options in career choices
4.Never marry someone you would not want to give half of your stuff and treat them equal to
in genetics,brains and all the other capacities.
5.experience life before you say it is not for me.I have seen many people say they do not like math and have never taken a good challenging course in math.
6.Even if we pretend none of us have all the answers not even the 18 year old graduates.
7a.Practice self control.
7. As time goes you will find that your parents get smarter and you have nothing to do with it.
8.Future will look different than you think and for sure process will be exciting.
9.find a joke of day and tell it to someone(Sabrina,s school announcements had daily joke).
10.Pursuit of excellence is its own reward.Always try to achieve the best.
11.Keep your wants in check and cultivate contentment.
12. Pay cash and save 10 percent in separate savings account.
13.Be kind,but do not let people push you around.
14.In argument Being humble is more valuable than being right.Being right can get you in trouble with your spouse,cop and your Boss.
15.Read and write daily.Brush and floss your teeth.
16 .It will be harder to be top student in college if you do not work overtime at it.
17.YOU ARE TRULY BLESSED AS YOU ARE IN AMERICA.
