It is important that Obama was in an important Muslim majority population country and spoke about Relations between US and Islamic majority countries.

HE should have have started with the notion that US by its constitution is country for all religions and is not exclusivity of any religion.Though it is a christian majority country. Congress(US Law making body) can not make any laws regarding establishment of a religion.Any American can become Muslim by choosing to do so as we allow freedom of conscience to all our citizens.I am sorry that most Islamic countries do not allow this basic human freedom.

To have a national religion is against American constitution.State religions ,Islam as in case of Saudi Arabia,Pakistan, and Judaism in case of Israel ,atheism( communism) in case of China is not compatible with our laws.Inspite of that, US has close ties with all these countries

World is becoming more secular in last 20 or so years.Secularism rules in EU,Russia,India and US, Canada,Australia,turkey.Iraq was most secular for many years in middle east.Iran had digressed but has long term secular traditions.

This is the major conflict we have with Islam.We give you Muslims right to practice your religion freely and allow you to convince our people by service or better argument to join your religion you do not allow same freedoms to your citizens or our citizens in your countries.

WE cannot condone unequal treatment of any minorities in your countries.We consider women as equal to men in all their rights we want you to empower your women and make them true partners in your progress.
These are the starting points of our relationship.

In America we have no state religion because in the wisdom of founding fathers they wanted to leave it to individuals ,matters of god and conscience. This freedom of thought and speech has become a role model for the world.It is your duty to make your laws in sync with realities of advanced science and interconnected multifaceted world.Time of consensus is here imposition of top down will is fading.

Why does not anybody talk about this.why does not anybody talk about slavery in Islamic countries starting with Pakistan.Pseudo slavery in all the rich gulf countries.Naturally poor countries of Asia are responsible for allowing it to happen to their citizens.
