I just read a story in Hindu.
In the last years of terrorists attacks in Mumbai 166 people died .Government of India helped most of the people who died and the one's injured by cash awards and other benefits.
One of the benefits awarded for the survivors or others willing to help them was to provide government employment to them.Many of the people got Jobs in railway giving the families a way of sustained income to these families .I think it is uniquely Indian solution and well suited to the place.This also reminds us all that how important it is to provide jobs to needy .
All leaders should think and provide means to help people out of jobs and find ways to create income for them.Best gift for anybody is a job which pays enough and utilises one's talents.
