South Korea admits civilian murder of 4900 communists and sympathisers in 1950 to 1953.The bodies of the dead were thrown in the ocean or in the mass graves.This is the first time the government has admited the atrocities.
It is time a commision be set to document the atrocities of the partition of India into India and Paakistan in 1947. Many millions of people had to migrate and many were killed in the process sometimes if not sanctioned but for sure by collusion of the authorities.
