We have upto minuite electronic financial records but not the medical records which may save many lives every year.
A software like the national unique identification project of India needs to be undertaken for medical records for the benefit of patients ,that is cost and efficacy of medical care.
A system which will pay 100 dollars towards electronic record keeping for each patient if implemented with in 30 months will speed up the process and after that a penalty announced to apply for missing records after 30 months.Penalty will be $5 per procedure in payment.
