State houses of India(Bhavan)

In new Delhi for the comfort of leaders from different states during the British rule they built state houses which they called Bhavans. These are buildings fit for the former rulers(kings)and their hangers on.The beauty of the place is that as the places are maintained by the state governments ,The dining facilities with authentic state foods are very inexpensive. It can be wonderful way to taste the great foods of variety of states from differing regions of India.
Todays NY TIMES has a story .
