What is common in all high achievers is practice practice practice. It has been studied that the difference between average and high achievers is practice and it takes about 10000 hours to be good at any venture.It does not matter if one wants to be an artist or a scientist.
we should encourage all children to spend 5000 hours that is about 4 hours a day for four years to be an all around whole sum human being and about 10000 hours in pursuit of what we want to excel at.
With this kind of agenda next group of leaders will be created out of the multitude we have .We only need few million to lead the world reaching 9 billion people.In coming times money has to loose its charm and excellence will have to be its own reward. With technology and better distribution want and hunger will be replaced by excellence and pursuit of excellence.
