Some of the large corporations forget to do the business they are in and start looking underhanded ways to save money and taxes in the process harm the system which is responsible for their success.
Some very rich Individuals have also used improper and at times illegal practices to park money in foreign accounts and have avoided paying taxes on income using banking secrecy laws. Swiss banks have been notorious for this and have taken deposits from despots, dictator, smugglers and criminals.Mr Obama has taken a stand and this will free world -wide lot of ill begotten funds back to their national treasuries.
I have written about it in my previous postings .This opportunity was provided by Mr Obama's pronouncements of yesterday.
One of the hall marks of democratic societies is equal protection under the law and equal opportunity for all its citizens.This regulation will move that a little forward for the nation .Hope
because of this corporations look for genuine ways to produce better products and services and do not look for gimmicks to make profit.I hope old fashioned way of making money is coming back in vogue by innovation hard work and entrepreneurship.
