US should consider direct food subsidy on electronic card for large populations

As American I continuously wonder how we can get most out of our aid in the poor countries of the world.

Money can not buy love.
If food aid provided through market system with assistance from governments can surely help mitigate hunger and other miseries connected with displacement.

It seems that Pakistan has a decent distribution system.If funds were made available to IDP's (internally displaced persons)they will help employment and distribution of goods and services. People spending money given to them directly keeps their dignity and makes it possible for people to go back to their old lives.

It may be one of the most needed tool of the world organizations to create and maintain data base of the people from all the nations which do not have one. Once we have the data we may be able to deliver services directly to them without it being stolen by middle men,or traders of souls.
