There are certain practices which put functioning of senator Kerry as major sponsor of Pakistan favors and issues question.

Now this relationship of son of Pakistani foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi with important and influential senator Kerry makes one wonder how incestuous important decision making can be.I wonder does this negatively impact our foreign policy in the same way it impacts our internal policy and politics.
